Check-in
<\/strong>At 12:00 PM on the day of arrival, you will receive an SMS and an email containing the code to your room as well as the main entrance door. Please ensure that your email address and phone number are correct in your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Citystay does not have a staffed reception but is available via email and phone. Our sister hotel, Hotell Drottninggatan 11, can also be contacted for any questions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check-out

Location<\/strong>
Citystay is located in one of Boden\u2019s most central areas at Kungsgatan 32, close to restaurants, caf\u00e9s, shops, and public transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main bus terminal, Medborgarplatsen, is located directly outside Citystay\u2019s main entrance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

General Information and Facilities
<\/strong>The accommodation offers 17 newly renovated and welcoming rooms. All rooms have shared bathrooms located in the corridor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A large, fully equipped shared kitchen with several dining areas. A vending machine and a coffee machine are available in the common kitchen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extra pillows are available in the cabinet next to room 11. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A living room with seating, a TV, and a billiards table is available in the basement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A gym is available in the basement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A shared laundry room is located in the basement. Please bring your own laundry detergent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An ironing board and iron are available to borrow (located on the shelf by room 8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hairdryers are available to borrow (located on the shelf by room 8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bathrooms<\/strong>
All rooms have shared bathrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two newly renovated bathrooms with toilet and shower are located on the room floor, next to room 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two separate toilets are located in the basement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four separate showers (divided into women\u2019s and men\u2019s facilities) are located in the basement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Security<\/strong>
Citystay cooperates with a local security company that patrols the property every night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the fire alarm is activated, staff will arrive on site shortly. Evacuate via the nearest emergency exit and wait for staff. Please call +46 921 757 78 and keep our on-call staff informed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
