At 12:00 PM on the day of arrival, you will receive an SMS and an email containing the code to your room as well as the main entrance door. Please ensure that your email address and phone number are correct in your booking.
Citystay does not have a staffed reception but is available via email and phone. Our sister hotel, Hotell Drottninggatan 11, can also be contacted for any questions.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Your room access code will stop working after this time. If you wish to request a later check-out, please email us at citystay@kungsgatan32.com.
Location
Citystay is located in one of Boden’s most central areas at Kungsgatan 32, close to restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transportation.
The main bus terminal, Medborgarplatsen, is located directly outside Citystay’s main entrance.
General Information and Facilities
The accommodation offers 17 newly renovated and welcoming rooms. All rooms have shared bathrooms located in the corridor.
A large, fully equipped shared kitchen with several dining areas. A vending machine and a coffee machine are available in the common kitchen.
Extra pillows are available in the cabinet next to room 11.
A living room with seating, a TV, and a billiards table is available in the basement.
A gym is available in the basement.
A shared laundry room is located in the basement. Please bring your own laundry detergent.
An ironing board and iron are available to borrow (located on the shelf by room 8).
Hairdryers are available to borrow (located on the shelf by room 8).
Bathrooms
All rooms have shared bathrooms.
Two newly renovated bathrooms with toilet and shower are located on the room floor, next to room 11.
Two separate toilets are located in the basement.
Four separate showers (divided into women’s and men’s facilities) are located in the basement.
Security
Citystay cooperates with a local security company that patrols the property every night.
If the fire alarm is activated, staff will arrive on site shortly. Evacuate via the nearest emergency exit and wait for staff. Please call +46 921 757 78 and keep our on-call staff informed.

- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
- We offer several pet-friendly rooms. Please note that an additional cleaning fee of SEK 450 applies. Kindly inform us in advance if you wish to stay with a pet.
- Bed linen and departure cleaning are included.
- Weekly cleaning is included for bookings longer than 7 days.
- Breakfast can be purchased at our sister hotel, Hotell Drottninggatan 11, at a discounted rate (SEK 150 per person).
- Reception and guest services are available at our sister hotel, Hotell Drottninggatan 11, located 150 meters to the south.
- Parking spaces are available adjacent to the accommodation (subject to availability). Enter the property’s courtyard from Kyrkgatan and drive around the building. The seven parking spaces closest to Kungsgatan may be used by our guests and are clearly marked with signage.
- Additional parking is available on nearby city center streets or in the courtyard behind Hotell Drottninggatan 11.
- Open flames and candles are strictly prohibited in all rooms.
